Chapter 5 – Hmph, What Honor Is Beyond My Status?

As Su Yan began the draw, the Blood Coins in the top left corner of his vision rapidly decreased, transforming into a surge of blood-red light that poured into the altar.

The altar twisted and turned, spewing out ten beams of blood-colored light that fell around Su Yan.

After these ten beams of light slowly dissipated, ten cards of various colors appeared out of thin air, revolving around Su Yan like a loyal guard protecting their center.

They trembled and hummed softly, emitting faint glows of brown, white, gray, gold, and blue... each trailing a stream of light, carving out a tranquil and mysterious path.

On one side of each card was the image of a full-bodied human, depicting men and women of all ages, in different attire, lifelike and vivid.

The back of the cards bore patterns and words like Basic (N) and Excellent (R).

......

"Looks cool, but nothing good came out!"

Su Yan glanced around at the cards surrounding him and felt a bit deflated.

"Damn, all Basic Cards and Excellent Cards, is my luck that bad?"

"A ten-draw, shouldn't there be at least a small guarantee? Shouldn't a ten-draw at least yield something decent?"

Got it.

This pool is dark, quite unscrupulous, with no guarantee.

Su Yan took a deep breath, carefully scanning the ten cards, and his eyes lit up: "Hey, there's an SR!"

A Rare Servant Card (SR), the only one among the ten.

Su Yan reached out, grabbed this card alone, and examined it closely.

From the character displayed on the card, it was a female character card.

She was dressed in a dark green hunter's short skirt, holding a longbow, with golden hair and green eyes, tall and voluptuous. Her looks weren't particularly high, but her figure was top-notch.

"Not bad, quite satisfying!"

Su Yan smiled: "This XP is right, kind of fitting... Hmm, seems like, the servant has 100% loyalty, will strictly follow all orders, right?"

Just as a thought crossed Su Yan's mind, he quickly shook his head to dismiss it.

"Damn! Focus on survival! Why think about that!"

Su Yan cursed under his breath, regaining his composure, and collected the ten cards one by one.

"Why isn't there something like a card holder, it's a bit inconvenient."

Su Yan lamented in his heart, having too many cards wasn't good either. Although the current 11 cards weren't crowded, what if he had more in the future?

What if he had over a hundred cards in the future, how would he carry them all?

Tsk, that's a problem, needs to be solved.

As Su Yan walked, he carefully examined the information on the 10 Servant Cards.

Each Servant Card had its own dedicated data interface, completely different from Equipment Cards.

Su Yan was most concerned about the data of the Rare Servant (SR), and as he delved deeper, a servant interface popped up before him.

......

[Servant Introduction: She is an excellent scout-type warrior with rich experience in wilderness combat and tracking.]

......

"Doesn't seem weak, a scout is a typical survival role, should be quite helpful to me."

Su Yan pondered and evaluated, then began to check the remaining nine Servant Cards.

[Old Chen]: Basic Card (N); an old hunter, experienced, skilled in setting traps and tracking.

[Sophia]: Basic Card (N); a battlefield nurse, knowledgeable in basic first aid and herbal medicine.

[Jing]: Basic Card (N); a librarian; has a faint presence, skilled in organizing and information retrieval, strong observational skills.

"Two R Cards, seven N Cards, not bad, overall it's a small team."

"Just that some cards seem to have overlapping roles and abilities... oh well, can I really expect every low-level card to be unique?"

Su Yan chuckled, but he quickly noticed a detail.

Each Servant Card had its own unique data list interface, just like Natasha's Rare Card, marking the servant's basic physical data, servant traits, and servant skills.

By checking these, one could quickly grasp and pinpoint the abilities and uses of each Servant Card.

Su Yan murmured: "Servant Cards have this data, what about me? As the user, the master of these cards, do I have a similar data interface?"

Su Yan keenly noticed this detail and began trying to search and locate it in his vision interface.

Sure enough, when he attempted to open his personal avatar, a personal data interface popped up in front of him.

"My stats are so low?"

Su Yan clicked his tongue, even the lowest physical data of the Basic Card (N) in his hand had over 30 points.

Yet he himself, in the five basic physical stats, had a maximum of only 23 points in Mental Will.

Su Yan was silent for a moment, then quietly picked up the only Legendary Card.

"Boom!"

A burst of red light enveloped his entire body.

Moments later, Su Yan, with long black hair draped over his shoulders, emerged from the red mist, his gaze indifferent, head held high, hands behind his back, exuding an aura of arrogance and strength.

At this moment, Su Yan glanced at his physical data again.

......

Muscle Strength: 155

Nerve Reaction: 120

Endurance: 125

Mental Will: 133

Self-Healing Immunity: 130

Special Energy: 823/1000 points (Inner Qi)

......

All five basic stats had surpassed the 120 mark! Completely overwhelming the SR Card Natasha!

Additionally, Su Yan's data now included a special energy value, along with several traits, skills, and talents such as [Martial Grandmaster], [Inner Qi Circulation], [Myriad Arts Return to the Source: Shock], [Qi Maneuvering], and [Grandmaster's Aura].

But none of that mattered!

Su Yan's gaze fell on the last line in the [User Analysis].

[User Analysis]: A martial arts master with exceptional combat skills and potential, whose demeanor may seem aloof, but whose strength matches this demeanor.

"Hmph."

Su Yan snorted coldly, a hint of arrogance in his voice: "How could someone of my stature care about such a trivial evaluation?"
