Before leaving Gray Keep, each lord could receive a legion-level Wind Walk scroll from the Grand Mage of the Wind Element at Gray Keep. This was one of the benefits in response to the Crown Prince's call.

Only those above the rank of Mage could create a legion-level Wind Walk scroll, and the Grand Mage could only produce one every three days due to the immense consumption of magical power.

The Wind Walk spell, which could cover an army of ten thousand, was beyond the direct casting ability of a Grand Mage. Therefore, they had to inscribe the spell matrix of the legion-level Wind Walk onto scrolls made from high-grade demonic beast hides and infuse them with magic to create such a super spell scroll. Of course, not every type of magic could be handled this way. Otherwise, forbidden spell scrolls would be everywhere.

Only gentle auxiliary magic like Wind Walk could be used in this manner. Aggressive magic with unstable elements would explode and tear the scroll apart if too much magic was infused.
