Four police cars and an ambulance entered the logistics park one after the other. A station chief stepped out of the first police car. Observing the chaotic scene, he instructed the accompanying officers:

"Control the scene and find the person in charge."

The officers followed orders and soon brought over the head of security.

"Are you the person in charge here? What's your name and position?"
