Grindelwald didn't meet with Hoare just to hear a lecture from this "doctor."
Hoare walked over to the only three-legged chair in the room and sat down, noticing Grindelwald leaning against the window. Grindelwald lifted his chin and gestured towards the table, indicating for Hoare to take a look.
Hoare reached out and picked up the letter on the table. The familiar emblem told him it was a reply from the Saints without even opening it.
All those mines had already been taken over by the Saints, and all preparations were complete, just waiting for the bidding to start.
