The Elf tribe no longer faced external threats, and Diana became aware of the low birth rate among the Elves. She began to vigorously encourage reproduction, even going so far as to issue decrees.

Under Diana's high-pressure policies, the Elf population began to grow steadily. By the time of the Epic Battle of the Three Clans, their numbers had reached over half a million.

However, new problems arose with the tenfold increase in population, as resources did not increase accordingly.

Originally, the Moon Forest could sustain twenty thousand Elves without issue, but the emergence of five hundred thousand Elves quickly depleted its resources.
