"From today onwards, the system of officials will change from the Three Dukes and Nine Ministers to the Six Ministries system. The Six Ministries are: Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Revenue, Ministry of Rites, Ministry of War, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Works. Additionally, there will be the Cabinet, the Censorate, the Imperial Hospital, the Court of Judicial Review, the Left and Right Chancellors, and the Royal Guards."

These are all modeled after the Ming Dynasty's official system, which is arguably the most successful ancient administrative system, influencing the subsequent millennia of ancient governance.

Even the final ancient dynasty, the Qing Dynasty, had many traces of the Ming system.
