Unexpectedly, the interior of Terror Fortress wasn't terrifying at all.

Apart from the hall of sacrifice filled with bones, most of the place was quite ordinary. Rough rocks and black walls were all they saw, and the dangers they encountered were well within their capabilities.

Pebela managed to handle most of the threats on her own. Whether it was chaotic spiritual energy, spatial rifts, or the abyssal aura and twisted black mist, none could cause her fatal harm. Her ability to rewind time could negate all damage, restoring her body and soul to their original state.

The only thing that couldn't be completely restored was the corruption caused by the black mist. Each time she rewound time, a portion of the black mist's corruption would remain in her body.
