Now that Guo Feilong has become the owner of this Third Grade Blessed Land, any Spirit Stones handed over by those entering the Heavenly Abode small world are his personally, and he does not need to hand them over to the Celestial Palace Holy Land.

However, he, as the lord of this fiefdom, does not have the authority to set temporary pricing, because the Celestial Palace Holy Land has established rules long ago, setting the amount of Spirit Stones required to enter different grades of Heavenly Abode small worlds.

This is to protect the interests of those living in the Blessed Land, as their ancestors were once Integration stage Elders or Kirin Scions of the Celestial Palace Holy Land, who contributed greatly to its prosperity.
