Chapter 119 – Attack plan

The Morrie family's villa was unexpectedly built near a slum area, on the coast near a bay, they built a luxurious villa.

There were no walls around the villa, just a forest separating the villa from the slum area.

Joja once asked Dorian why the Morrie family chose to build their house here.

The answer he got was that this was where the Morrie family made their fortune, and after becoming successful, they chose this place as their foundation. Then they lavishly spent money in the slum area, not only recruiting enough loyal followers but also creating a perfect barrier.

In the past, no strangers could bypass that area to attack the Morrie family because nearly half of the people in the slum area relied on the Morrie family for food.

Joja rode in a black truck into this area. When the truck stopped in a small courtyard, Joja got out and walked into the safe house that Dorian had prepared.

Joja clearly felt that this place was unusual as he saw Dorian waving not far away. He looked around vigilantly and then greeted Dorian, "Come help me, I brought a lot of things."

The three of them carried two large boxes into a rundown two-story building. After catching his breath, Joja looked at Dorian and said, "Is this house safe? The situation around here doesn't seem right."

Dorian nodded and said, "The Morrie family has issued a warning and has sent many strangers with weapons into this area. Those who usually eat with the Morrie family are naturally nervous."

Dorian looked at Joja, who had a slightly furrowed brow, and said with a smile, "Don't worry, this is a safe house I prepared for myself a long time ago. The car you used was bought from the previous owner, and no one will notice us. Several families around here have been persecuted by the Morrie family, so even if they see something, they will pretend not to."

Joja didn't ask how Dorian knew the people in the area because Dorian himself had been a "victim" of the Morrie family, and victims were easy to connect with each other.

Joja toured the upstairs and downstairs and finally nodded, "This place is good. Has the owl completed the reconnaissance?"

Dorian went to a room and took out a computer, saying as he walked towards the living room, "Many strangers have come to this area today, so this house is not suitable as a sniper point. The owl is looking for a more suitable sniper position to cover us during the attack."

As he spoke, Dorian opened the computer and a map appeared on the screen.

Seeing Joja and the others' puzzled expressions, Dorian spread his hands and said, "I think Google Maps might be more intuitive. If you're not used to it, I also have aerial photos taken by the owl."

Joja looked at the markings on the map and knew that Dorian had put a lot of thought into it.

The electronic map not only marked the attack route but also the retreat route, and there was more than one.

Joja pointed to a position near the sea on the map and asked, "What's here?"

Dorian glanced at it and said, "This is a reef where I left a rubber boat. If the attack doesn't go well and we can't retreat by land, we can use the rubber boat to bypass the bay and find another place to land from the other side. There are many underwater reefs to the south, and there will definitely be no patrol boats there, so it doesn't matter if we use the rubber boat."

Joja compared it to another retreat route and shook his head, "The Morrie family is like a hornet's nest. I don't want to have a street fight with the locals here on the road."

Dorian shook his head somewhat dismissively and said, "As long as the Morrie family's people are dead, the locals and those unfamiliar faces won't attack us."

Joja wasn't as optimistic as Dorian. When he arrived, he felt that the atmosphere was a bit abnormal. According to reason, the Morrie family had just won a "great victory," so there was no reason for them to act as if they were facing a major enemy. Someone with a discerning eye could see through their facade.

If those unfamiliar faces that Dorian mentioned were all mercenaries hired by the Morrie family, then who exactly made them so nervous?

The Glorious Society?

Possible!

But would the Glorious Society choose to go to war with the Morrie family's stronghold?

The back of the Morrie family's seaside villa faced the sea, and an 8-meter-high cliff formed a natural barrier, with only an iron ladder leading straight down to the bottom of the cliff, making it convenient for the Morrie family's people to reach the seaside.

Dorian's plan was to enter from the side, use the cover of night to approach the villa as quietly as possible, complete the mission, and then return the same way, blending into the complex terrain of the slum area in a prepared vehicle.

As long as people found out that the Morrie family's people were all dead, they would effectively be safe.

As Dorian said, no one would fight desperately for a boss who couldn't pay the bill.

Dorian had put in a lot of effort. In just a few hours, he combined Antar's aerial reconnaissance, as well as his own experience working for the Morrie family, and marked the Morrie family's gunmen's patrol routes on the map, as well as all the visual blind spots in the landscape around the seaside villa.

This guy had planned a complete route, how to enter, how to attack, how to retreat, almost down to every step like a nanny. If we add Antar's rear monitoring and command, it may not be foolproof, but it is definitely comparable to the special forces combat mode on TV.

Joja could see that Dorian was eager to prove his abilities.

As the only one in the team who graduated from the special forces, he was actually the youngest.

Anyone with a bit of ambition would not be satisfied with the status quo, especially a retired special forces soldier.

Even though he acknowledged the combat abilities of his comrades, it didn't mean he could tolerate always being on the sidelines.

Dorian admitted that he was not as good a shot as the boss, nor as experienced as Kaman, but when it came to indoor CQB and urban alley warfare, he always believed he was the best.

Joja appreciated Dorian's current state. The attack plan he arranged not only detailed, but also fully utilized his and Kaman's abilities. There were precise shooting where needed, and stealthy ambushes where necessary. The entire process did not exceed their capabilities, nor did it overlook Kaman's role.

Any boss would want their employees to be competitive, and Dorian was definitely a good employee.

Joja didn't want to dampen Dorian's enthusiasm, but he saw Kaman frowning as well. In the end, he shook his head and said, "Notify the Owl to find a sniping point near the strait. We will attack according to Dorian's plan, but the retreat must be by sea."

As he spoke, Joja looked at Dorian, who seemed a bit puzzled, and said with a smile, "Your plan is fine, but I always have a strange feeling. It doesn't seem safe to retreat from the land. I trust my instincts!"

Kaman, who had been silent, saw that Dorian seemed to want to argue, coughed and gave him a tasteless look, and said in a hoarse voice, "The more people there are, the more trouble there is! We have no backup. Unless you think killing everyone we encounter is a good idea, we should consider the boss's thoughts."

"There's no need for that..."

"But it's the safest way. The boss's life is more important than those people's lives!"
